欢迎使用 DID Hub（蒂艾蒂·哈卜）产品与服务。本服务条款（"条款"）是您与 VGrander Technologies 之间关于使用 DID Hub 网站、开源软件、商业产品及相关服务的法律协议。Welcome to DID Hub products and services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and VGrander Technologies regarding the use of DID Hub website, open-source software, commercial products, and related services.

使用 DID Hub 即表示您已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的约束。By using DID Hub, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

DID Hub 提供以下产品与服务：DID Hub provides the following products and services:

  • 开源版（OSS）：基于 Apache 2.0 协议开放的去中心化身份认证（DID-Auth）软件Open Source Edition (OSS): Decentralized identity authentication (DID-Auth) software under Apache 2.0
  • 商业版（EE）：面向企业的私有化部署方案，提供 VC/VP 全生命周期管理Enterprise Edition (EE): Private deployment solution for enterprises, providing VC/VP full lifecycle management
  • 官方网站：提供产品信息、文档、社区交流等服务Official Website: Providing product information, documentation, and community services

3. 用户账户与身份3. User Accounts & Identity

DID Hub 基于去中心化身份技术，不要求您创建传统账户。您的身份由您自主生成的 DID 和私钥管理。您对保管私钥负全部责任，因私钥丢失、泄露或被盗导致的任何损失，DID Hub 不承担责任。DID Hub is built on decentralized identity technology — you are not required to create a traditional account. Your identity is managed by the DID and private keys you generate yourself. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your private keys. DID Hub is not liable for any losses resulting from lost, leaked, or stolen private keys.

  • 您对自己 DID 相关的所有活动负责You are responsible for all activities related to your DID
  • 您应使用强密码保护您的设备和钱包应用You should use strong passwords to protect your devices and wallet applications
  • 如发现未经授权使用您的 DID，请立即联系我们If you discover unauthorized use of your DID, please contact us immediately

4. 开源版（OSS）许可4. Open Source Edition (OSS) License

DID Hub 开源版遵循 Apache License 2.0 协议。您有权：DID Hub Open Source Edition is licensed under Apache License 2.0. You have the right to:

  • 免费使用、复制、修改和分发源代码Freely use, copy, modify, and distribute the source code
  • 将 DID Hub 集成到您的项目中Integrate DID Hub into your projects
  • 用于商业目的（需遵守 Apache 2.0 协议要求）Use for commercial purposes (subject to Apache 2.0 requirements)

您在使用开源版时应保留原始版权声明和免责声明。开源版按"现状"提供，不提供任何形式的保证。When using the open-source edition, you should retain the original copyright notice and disclaimer. The open-source edition is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

5. 商业版（EE）许可5. Enterprise Edition (EE) License

DID Hub 商业版（EE）采用 私有化部署 + 按节点数年度 License 订阅 模式。商业版用户享有：DID Hub Enterprise Edition (EE) adopts a private deployment + annual node-based licensing model. Enterprise Edition users enjoy:

  • 企业级可验证凭证（VC/VP）全生命周期管理Enterprise-grade verifiable credential (VC/VP) full lifecycle management
  • 高可用集群与 99.9% SLA 保障High-availability cluster with 99.9% SLA
  • 合规审计日志与审批工作流Compliance audit logs and approval workflow
  • 专业技术支持与版本更新Professional technical support and version updates

商业版 License 仅限订阅期内使用，不得转让、再许可或用于未授权用途。具体服务内容以双方签署的商业合同为准。Enterprise Edition licenses are valid only during the subscription period and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or used for unauthorized purposes. Specific services are subject to the commercial contract signed by both parties.

6. 使用限制与禁止行为6. Usage Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

您在使用 DID Hub 时不得：When using DID Hub, you must not:

  • 将 DID Hub 用于任何非法目的或违反适用法律法规Use DID Hub for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • 试图反向工程、破解或绕过 DID Hub 的安全机制Attempt to reverse engineer, crack, or bypass DID Hub's security mechanisms
  • 使用 DID Hub 传播恶意软件、病毒或其他有害代码Use DID Hub to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • 侵犯他人隐私或知识产权Infringe upon others' privacy or intellectual property rights
  • 干扰或破坏 DID Hub 服务的正常运行Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of DID Hub services

7. 知识产权7. Intellectual Property

DID Hub 的名称、Logo、商标、软件代码及文档的知识产权归 VGrander Technologies 所有。开源版代码遵循 Apache 2.0 协议授权，商业版代码受商业许可保护。The intellectual property rights of the DID Hub name, logo, trademarks, software code, and documentation belong to VGrander Technologies. Open-source code is licensed under Apache 2.0, and commercial code is protected by commercial license.

  • 您不得移除或篡改软件中的版权声明You must not remove or alter copyright notices in the software
  • 未经授权不得使用 DID Hub 的商标或标识You must not use DID Hub's trademarks or logos without authorization
  • 第三方贡献的代码归贡献者所有，但贡献者授予 DID Hub 使用许可Code contributed by third parties remains the contributor's property, but the contributor grants DID Hub a usage license

8. 免责声明8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DID Hub 按"现状"和"可用"提供，不作任何明示或暗示的保证，包括但不限于：DID Hub is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • 适销性或适用性的保证Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • 不侵权保证Non-infringement
  • 无故障或不中断服务的保证Error-free or uninterrupted service
  • 开源版本使用中可能出现的问题由用户自行承担风险Any issues arising from the use of the open-source edition are at the user's own risk

在法律允许的最大范围内，DID Hub 不对因使用本产品导致的任何直接、间接、偶然或后果性损害承担责任。To the fullest extent permitted by law, DID Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.

9. 责任限制9. Limitation of Liability

在任何情况下，DID Hub 对您承担的全部责任总额不超过您在争议发生前十二个月内向 DID Hub 支付的费用总额。对于开源版用户，该限额为 零。In no event shall DID Hub's total liability to you exceed the total amount paid by you to DID Hub in the twelve months preceding the dispute. For open-source edition users, this limit is zero.

10. 第三方服务与链接10. Third-Party Services & Links

DID Hub 可能包含指向第三方网站或服务的链接，或与第三方服务集成。这些第三方服务受其自身的条款和隐私政策约束，DID Hub 不对第三方服务的内容或行为负责。DID Hub may contain links to third-party websites or services, or integrate with third-party services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DID Hub is not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party services.

11. 条款修改11. Modification of Terms

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。修改后的条款将在官网公布，并注明最后更新日期。如修改涉及您的重大权利，我们将通过适当方式通知您。 继续使用 DID Hub 即表示您接受修改后的条款。We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on the website with the last updated date. If the modification involves your material rights, we will notify you through appropriate means. Continuing to use DID Hub indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. 适用法律与争议解决12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

本条款的解释、效力和执行适用 中华人民共和国法律。因本条款引起的任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，双方同意提交 VGrander Technologies 所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent court where VGrander Technologies is located.
